Description
Eight bedroom house with spacious yard and swimming
pool.
Cyprus Apartments consists of 8 separate one bedroom
apartments, all with private facilities. The house is a
Cyprus traditional village family house, which has
been converted into eight spacious apartments under
the village 'AGRO TOURISM' scheme sponsored by the
Cyprus Tourist Organization. It has its own
secluded yard offering peace and privacy to its
occupants. All apartments open out into the
courtyard area with the swimming pool.
Accommodation
The house can accommodate 20 persons, 16 in the eight
one bedroom apartments on double and single beds,and 4 in the sitting rooms on sofa beds. The
house can be rented as a whole all year around.
Facilities
All bedrooms have private facilities with showers,
WC, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV. Comfortable
rooms decorated with traditional Cypriot materials.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen
area. The kitchenettes are equipped with a hob,
fridge, and toaster.
High chairs and a baby cot can be provided free of charge as well as changing of linen and towels every 4 days.

Extra information about the house
The house is situated on the highest position with stunning views of the village, the surrounding hills and the sea. Although Tochni village is small and quiet, still supports all basics: a supermarket, bank and restaurants. The village location is in the center of the island, 5 kilometers from the beach and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus and just 2 km from the motor way; this is a great advantage because it's easy to organize day trips and see more of Cyprus.
Governor's Beach is only 7 kilometers away; apart of the excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkeling, boating, fishing, or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a great selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the crystal water.
